Rolla One finds display but is not connecting

When I use the Rolla One app on my phone both my iPad and my PC can are detected but are stuck at the connecting stage forever. I suspect this might have something to do with my rather complex networking setup and some ports that are not unblocked. Could you tell me which ports are used?
