Tacx Bushido - 0 miles, showed as connected

Hi, I paired my Tacx Bushido, and it showed up green on the Android App. Started the virtual ride, the world started on my Apple TV, and after the into screens explaining what everything was (my first ride) I started getting speed, power, and HR (from a connected HR monitor). However, I did a bar at the bottom of the screen which said trainer disconnected, however, the app was showing it green and connected, and metrics like speed etc...

When I stopped and saved the virtual ride; the Strava ride showed all metrics except speed and distance. Power and HR and cycling Cadence all there.
