Windows cloud problem

Today I tried Rolla World for virtual cycling. I was able to ride using local rendering on Windows but my computer was not powerful enough so I tried to switch to cloud rendering. Unfortunately, the system was never able to connect to server northcentralus23738 (I never got passed the message "Connecting to server...", which I stopped trying after more than 6 minutes of waiting). I tried with different routes without success.
