Have you considered incorporating daytime naps into the sleep score? I'm not sure how much they impact overall health, but if I fall short of my 8-hour sleep goal at night, a nap the next day makes me feel significantly better.
Also, I’m not sure if I take a longer nap during the afternoon, will Rolla count it as a sleep score.
