Rolla One - Auto pause for activities

Currently, users must manually pause and resume tracking when they stop for traffic lights, toilet breaks, or short interruptions.

Implement a smart auto-pause mechanism that:

Detects when the user is stationary for a certain threshold time, pace, or speed

Automatically pauses tracking.

Resumes automatically once movement restarts.

Allow users to toggle this feature on/off per activity type.
