Rolla Band keeps disconnecting from the Rolla One app when the app is minimized.

Hello!
On two separate Samsung devices (Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy S22+) I encountered the following issue:

When the Rolla One app is opened, the Band is not reconnecting automatically (the band icon is grey with that small red X in its bottom right corner). If you tap on the Band icon and then hit [Retry], the band connects and syncs and I can start doing my thing.

But as soon as I minimize the app and go to the home screen of the phone, when I switch back to Rolla One, the band is disconnected, is not reconnecting automatically and I need to tap the Band icon again and hit [Retry].

What could be causing this?
Is there anything I could do on these two phones to fix or at least pinpoint the cause more accurately?

On another Samsung phone I have (Galaxy S20+), I have no such issue. The band stays connected at all times and syncs automatically everytime I open Rolla One.
I don’t remember doing anything special or different on this phone, but I could be wrong and maybe I messed with permissions and battery settings and forgot about it.
