Heart rate measures how many times your heart beats in a minute. Rolla measures hear rate during casual days and within activities.
Heart rate can vary from person to person, and depending on your activity it may be higher or lower.
Higher heart rate can be a sign of physical activity or stress. In some cases, it may also indicate an underlying health condition.
Resting heart rate (RHR) is the number of times your heart beats per minute while you're completely in a state of rest. Rolla measures RHR during sleep.
Lower RHR is usually associated with better fitness and heart function.
