MyRun
Technogym MyRun is the treadmill that can be used as a step source for Rolla One. Power on your Technogym MyRun, and press the start button (the light becomes green). It is now visible on Rolla One under Devices -> Step Source and ready to connect to.
MyRun is not visible on Rolla Active. What should I do?
MyRun firmware should be up to date to function properly. Use Technogym Live app to connect to treadmill and update the firmware
Stop MyRun, restart Rolla One, and press the start button on MyRun. It should now be visible. If you still have problems with connecting Technogym Ride to Rolla One, contact us at support@rolla.app
Ride
You can use Technogym Ride as a power source for Rolla. The process of connecting Rolla One to Technogym Ride is simple and consists of 6 steps:
Power on your Technogym Ride
Login with your Technogym Account (also known as your Technogym ID)
Click on the Bluetooth icon in the lower right corner of the Technogym display. Select the "Control from app or devices" option
On the Bluetooth tab, click Activate. Next to your Technogym device name, an icon like the Wi-Fi icon will appear. This means that Technogym Ride is ready to connect to
Open Rolla One, select Virtual Cycling or Indoor Cycling
Under Devices -> Power Source your Technogym Ride is now visible and ready to connect to
There is no "Activate" button on my Technogym Ride and there is a "checkmark" icon next to the device name. What should I do?
The checkmark icon indicates that another device is connected to Technogym. This device could be someone's smartphone. Make sure that there is no device connected. If the problem continues, restart Technogym and repeat the above steps. Press and hold the button on the screen to turn on or off your Technogym Ride. The button is located on the bottom center of the screen.

Can I use my Technogym display simultaneously with the Rolla?
Yes, you can. When successfully connected to Rolla, the display is free to use.
